Weekly Activities:

  • Monitored Perak Pasak website and responded to live chat.
  • Deleted incorrect job seeker accounts and notified users.
  • Learned how to use WordPress for website content management.
  • Explored and practiced using WordPress and developed the “Internship in PASAK” website.
  • Corrected formatting issues on website posts.
  • Updated and maintained the “BERITA TERKINI” (latest news) section on the PASAK official website and ensured alignment with Facebook posts.
  • Added companies information as sub-events in Karnival Kerjaya 2023 using Talent Perak admin account.

Knowledge/Skills Gained:

  • Proficiency in live chat response using tawk.to.
  • Ability for creating and designing a new website.
  • Addressing user inquiries and managing accounts.
